We're a small, fast-paced restaurant built on the belief that good food brings people together—and great people make it all possible. We're currently looking for a new team member to join our crew!
Position: Crew Member
Location: Maverick's New Lebanon, NY
Employment Type: Part-time
Starting Pay: $16/hour + tips (a significant part of total pay)
What You'll Do: This is a hands-on position with a little bit of everything. You'll be:
Assembling fresh, delicious food with care and consistency.
Prepping ingredients and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
Cooking on the flat top grill (we’ll teach you how!).
Ringing customers up at the register and handling transactions.
Cleaning and resetting the restaurant daily.
Providing friendly, welcoming customer service at the counter.
We’re looking for someone who:
Loves working with people and makes customers feel at home.
Brings positive energy and is ready to learn.
Is reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
Can handle a fast-paced environment (don’t worry—we’ll train you!).
No experience? No problem.
We’re happy to train the right person in everything from food prep to cooking and cleaning. All we ask is that you bring great customer service skills and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
